At Dukpion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your eyeglasses or sunglasses, you can return them within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Prescription Items Only: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses with custom-made lenses.

Return Process:
