 Q2. What types of glasses are eligible for exchange?
Ans. All Eyeglasses and sunglasses, irrespective of them being purchased from Dukpion or not are eligible.
 Q3. Can i bring in broken frame?
Ans. Completely broken frames are not eligible for the buyback programe, we can accept glasses in which lens is broken.
 Q4. Can I negotiate the exchange value?
Ans. No, the exchange value is final and based on a standardized assessment.

Ans. You can raise a maximum of 3 exchange requests in a year per Customer.
